From a free audit to a live agent

A transparent process with no surprises. You know what's happening, what it costs and what it will bring. A pilot on a single process typically goes live within 3–6 weeks.

Process

Four steps to a live agent

01

Pick the process

In a free process audit we find the one with the biggest impact and a clearly measurable outcome. We walk through one of your real orders, invoices or enquiries.

1 meeting
02

Connect

We hook the agent up to the systems it needs – email, CRM, ERP, documents, databases. First in a test environment and on 20–30 historical cases.

1–2 weeks
03

Pilot

The agent runs for a few weeks under supervision and at first only proposes. We tune its behaviour on real cases and compare it with how a person works.

2–4 weeks
04

Scale and run

Once proven, we add further processes and extend its autonomy. We review the impact monthly, monitor and keep optimising.

What we need from you

Less than you might expect. No new system and no data migration.

  • Access to the inbox where requests arrive – or forwarding to the agent's address.
  • Access to the ERP or CRM via an API, an export or a database view. Read access is enough to start.
  • The rules: what the agent may decide on its own and what it hands to a person.
  • 20–30 real past cases. We test the agent on them before it ever sees a live email.
  • A test environment or test account – we never start on live data.
  • One person who decides on exceptions.

Choosing the process

When an agent pays off – and when it doesn't yet

An agent isn't right for every process. In the free audit we recommend one only when four things are true.

  • The activity repeats – dozens to hundreds of cases a month.
  • The rules can be written down, even if they have exceptions.
  • The inputs exist in emails, documents or systems.
  • A mistake can be caught – by approval, review or reversal.

Not yet: one-off projects, decisions nobody dares to write down, and data that can't be reached. In those cases we'll tell you straight away – and suggest simpler automation if it makes sense.

FAQ

What companies ask us most often

How is an AI agent different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. An agent is given a goal, has access to tools (email, CRM, ERP, databases, documents) and carries out the steps itself – for example extracting an invoice, checking it against the purchase order and preparing the posting to accounting. Critical steps can require human approval.

Do we have to change our ERP, CRM or email for this?

No. The agent connects to what you use – via an API, an export or a database view. If a system has no API, the Easytrade team adds one as a small piece of custom software. Nothing gets migrated and nothing gets replaced.

How long does it take to deploy the first agent?

We start with a free process audit. A pilot on a single process typically goes live within 3–6 weeks, depending on how many systems need connecting. We measure the impact from the first month.

At what volume does it start to make sense?

Roughly from a few dozen requests a month, or wherever a single mistake is expensive. At lower volumes simpler automation usually pays off sooner – we work out the numbers in the free process audit and tell you straight.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on the number of processes and systems to connect. The initial consultation and audit are free; you then receive a concrete quote for a pilot with a clearly measurable outcome.

What will the people whose work the agent takes over do?

What they have no time for today: customers, exceptions, sales. In the order example, the administrator spent one minute deciding an exception instead of 35 minutes retyping – and had the rest of the day for enquiries that bring in revenue.

How are easyagent and Easytrade related?

easyagent.sk is a dedicated website by Easytrade (MN DEVELOPMENT, s.r.o.) about AI agents. Easytrade is the supplier, contracting partner and operator of the solution – with its full development team, its own products and IT outsourcing behind it.

Which process would you hand to an agent first?

In a free audit we pick the one that pays back fastest together and tell you what a pilot would involve. No strings attached.
